We at Monjuri Collections strive to make your orders reach you in time, hassle free. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 3-7 Business Days depending on the City and State.
Express Shipping (Air Shipping) is an available option to all pruducts. Please note dispatch time for the same would be 24-36 hours and the remaining time for shipping would be 2-5 days depending on the city and state.

Tracking Details are shared automatically via WhatsApp Text Messages with the Courier Partner details can be tracked on the website via the track order page.

All You Need to Know – International Shipping

International orders are usually delivered within 7 – 15 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange Of any kind unless a product has been damaged.
Customs and import duties:
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Monjuri Collections will not be able to entertain a request for refund.

The Colour might differ a bit because of photo quality.
If it is completely different we take return and refund the money. Refer to Returns Section.

Exchange and Returns
The return policy is for 24-48 Hours for any shipping damages or complete color variations.
However, you need to capture an unpacking video of the package and share it with us.
Once the product is received by us then it will be inspected.
If damages are genuine then the product will be exchanged if available.
If the exchange with similar is not available then the money will be refunded.
